Pros

Getting started with this tool was very simple because the interface is user-friendly. Even team members without strong technical expertise were able to understand it quickly and work with it comfortably. On top of that, it offers a broad set of features for supporting both ISO 27001 and TISAX. Having both standards integrated into one system has helped us manage our compliance requirements much more efficiently and apply them across multiple languages.

Cons

One area that still has room for improvement is automation for similar audit and self-assessment tasks. That said, we were able to create a solid workaround by using the import function.
