“clumsy task routing and notifications
Pros
Rapid's reporting tools are quite effective. They allow for quick reporting of events which is a smoothprocess. This streamlined approach is helpful, as it allows me to dedicate more attention to customer service.
Cons
The main issue is that we can't route escalations through different workflows. It gets complicated trying to coordinate with employees after we've assigned tasks and making sure notifications reach the right people feels a bit clumsy. Sometimes it even feels like complex issues get lost in the shuffle.

Pros
The support team is really good. They're aware of the issues their customers might be facing and genuinely go out of their way to help and make sure everyone is taken care of.
Cons
No complaints here. It's good... the support is solid, implementation was simple and if we need to tweak anything, we can easily make those changes ourselves in the system.

“Helps with real-time monitoring
Pros
It's a very handy way to manage contractors for any organization. You get real-time monitoring of the entire contractor lifecycle and since it's online-based, a remote team can manage everything easily compared to other providers.
Cons
Sometimes if there are server or internet problems, contractor reports can be delayed. This sometimes leads to the app assigning tasks to contractors who aren't actually available. Also finding trained staff to use the application isn't cheap.

I find it easy and efficient to run and use. The best parts are the existing templates and the view dashboard.
