Pros

I managed to go through tons of documents and redact sensitive info in just minutes for twenty bucks. You really can't beat that value.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any downsides here. The customer service has been really good whenever I've needed help and I'd definitely recommend this to others.

Pros

I love how flexible the PDF editing features are. Being able to manually update text, use search and replace functions, redact sensitive information and have the system automatically spot confidential data makes document handling so much smoother.

Cons

I can't actually edit the text directly in documents and you have to create overlays instead of making real changes to the content itself.

Pros

I really appreciate how it automatically spots personal info like social security numbers and credit cards without me having to hunt for them. The redaction options are flexible and I can use blackout bars, watermarks or other methods depending on what I need. The interface is straightforward and doesn't get in my way.

Cons

The batch processing has limits on how many documents I can upload at once, and it takes forever when I'm working with large volumes. Really slows things down when you're dealing with tons of files.
