It comes loaded with plenty of ready-to-use features and views that get you up and running fast, plus it's highly customizable when you need to tailor things for specific requirements.

I haven't find anything to complain about yet, everything's been working great for me.

“Essential Tool for Microsoft 365 Governance

Pros

I find this tool incredibly versatile for managing our M365 tenant and client environments. The custom dashboards give us clear visibility into what's happening across our systems, showing cost optimization opportunities and governance rule status that matter most to us. What really impressed me is the 4-tier automation maturity model reaching the highest level lets us automate nearly everything in our governance ruleset which has been a huge time-saver. No more manually checking various admin centers or going through hundreds of different menus to change settings. Now we just need to stay current with Microsoft's latest features and adjust rules when needed. The provisioning and self-service automation features are also great for reducing IT department workload by letting employees handle things themselves.

Cons

The dashboard creation doesn't offer the depth we're looking for, though I know they're actively developing it. Some provisioning capabilities aren't as advanced as we'd prefer but their current focus on quality and stability makes sense. I'd rather have a reliable system than one packed with features that doesn't function properly.

I really appreciate how open this platform is and it comes loaded with tons of ready-made content that saves me time. The customization options are fantastic and there's plenty of room to expand as my needs grow.

Cons

It's had to put something here just to complete the form.

“Effective M365 Governance Software

Pros

It's really easy to get up and running, and deployment is simple. The results have been incredibly valuable for our larger setup. Plus, there's something reassuring about it being made in Germany!

Cons

Unfortunately you have to pay for it but honestly, it's worth the money even though most functions could probably be programmed individually and it's just smarter to use a platform like this.
