Risk Hawk is easy to use and flexible by design. Plus its adaptability allows for quick configuration changes with minimal effort making the application stable and versatile. The audit process is streamlined enabling us to focus on key areas. And the dashboard and overdue email notifications help us close and track incidents on time.

Cons

I think the color palettes in the application could use some improvement.

The Risk Hawk solution is amazing particularly its seamless integration with Risk Management and the helpful checklist for Controls. I must say you have clearly put a lot of thought into making this a complete system. The customer support during demos and understanding is a huge bonus. And I really appreciate how smooth the whole audit process is from planning to tracking tasks. You have made sure everything works together effortlessly. Also I find it interesting how you have set up a system to measure risk which speeds up the audit process and lets you focus on the most important parts. Also the thoughtful design choices are evident. The Dashboards clearly display everything happening during the audit process, helping everyone stay informed. I love how auditors can create reports that fit their needs. This speeds up the process and ensures reports are more customized. Your dedication to both the product and customer support is evident showing a real commitment to a user-friendly experience.

Cons

The choice is limited to user based licenses and I noticed there is not an option for unlimited users.

“Risk management made easy for businesses

Pros

Execution from audit planning to risk assessments and audit reporting is seamless. Also the UI is clean and easy to navigate. Real-time interactive dashboards, along with predefined checklists for risk and control areas are very helpful. The integration with other modules like Risks, Controls and Policies is also great. I liked the customer service too who provided trial access and helped me quickly understand the system.

Cons

It is too early to provide feedback since I have not found any issues so far.

“An excellent software

Pros

It is a very effective operational risk management solution. Risks can be identified through incidents and there is a separate flow for managing those incidents. Plus it provides a complete view of the risk mitigation process. The control testing options are also strong and the reporting features are excellent.

Cons

The color palette could be enhanced and I feel like it would be nice to have layout themes available.

Pros

The system is flexible, easy to use and has all the features you'd expect from a top-tier GRC software. The linking of modules is a standout feature offering a comprehensive view of related items. Plus I found the Incident and Control modules particularly useful for mitigating risks related to IT assets and preventing repeat incidents. The team is great too as they are always available and responsive.

Cons

There were some initial issues but the team quickly addressed and resolved them for us.

Pros

From the start I was impressed by Risk Hawk's user-friendly interface and design. Plua the platforms seamless navigation made it easy to understand and integrate into my existing risk management processes. The drill down dashboards and analytical features, combined with its powerful capabilities set it apart from other solutions. Additionally the customer support has been outstanding. They are quick to respond and handle any concerns efficiently which has boosted my confidence in the product.

Cons

While it is not my least favorite feature I did miss having organization specific color themes in it. Also adding this would be a great enhancement to an already impressive set of features.

“Meets all our needs

Pros

The user interface and experience are excellent making navigation so easy. The central location for all Risk, Audit and Compliance repositories is also much appreciated. And depending on our needs the tool can be customized to fit standard frameworks and the integration features really stand out for easy navigation. For designing workflows, approving workflows and creating user-defined charts on the go, the self-service features are truly unmatched.

Cons

To gain more precise insights I think it would be useful to include additional logical and analytical tools.

Pros

Risk Hawk offers great features for association management. Also it is a cost-effective solution for Enterprise Risk Management. The Policy Management module is excellent for keeping track of everything and having everything centralized makes it easy for us to monitor everything.

Cons

The tool offers many great features for risk management. It includes a workbench where I can see all my items. And if an action is not completed on time it shows the date in red. The good thing is that the risk score is displayed with color coding based on severity.

It is easy to use with simple navigation. The good thing is that everything related to Risk, Audit and Compliance is in one place. Plus it offers self-service options to design and approve workflows and create custom charts. I can also integrate it with other modules for easy tracking and standard frameworks can be set up based on my needs.

More analytical features could be added. Additionally integration with other modules for easier tracking and monitoring would be helpful. Plus I noticed the ability to configure standard frameworks based on requirements is also missing.

“A thorough GRC and audit tool covering all aspects

Pros

Self-service master data configurations and settings are great. The customer support is also excellent and I find the solution cost effective compared to more expensive GRC tools. Plus it comes with automated checklists, risk libraries and suggested controls to conduct efficient and effective audits.

Cons

Well I think offering multiple themes could enhance the user experience.

Pros

Everything related to risk, compliance and audit data is centralized in one place which I like the most about it. Plus the system is flexible enough to meet all our needs and we can make minor changes ourselves. The team they have is also amazing.

Cons

It is hard to say because we have not faced any major challenges. Any minor issues we have had were quickly resolved.
