Pros

It offers several solutions and modules and we use the BCM module for crisis management across all our servers. It has given us solid resiliency so we rarely run into emergency issues. Managing the plan is also very simple and it lets us review everything using multiple factors.

Cons

We haven't really come across any major issues yet but stronger support would still be appreciated.
