“Complete tool with nearly unlimited customization

Pros

The interface is easy to use and looks great. It is highly customizable giving us plenty of flexibility and as a client partner we get direct access to the development team, so we can help shape the platform's futur. Additionally, with multiple use cases and regular updates I would say it is a powerful all in one tool for risk management.

Cons

There are a few things I noticed. Like the backend configuration can be a little difficult to learn. Plus advanced customization often requires purchasing professional services.

If you are using it without prior knowledge transfer then let me tell you that the learning curve can be quite steep.

“Pretty amazing tool compared to others

The main reason we use SAI360 is its flexibility as it lets us create any entity with any attributes which we can then use in custom workflows. On top of that, we can filter these entities in tables, dashboards and tree views and design functionalities around them.

Cons

There is still room to improve configuration capabilities by adding more tools such as support for migration between environments, user rights management, archiving and anonymizing or deleting personal data within entities. I also think options for module owners/admins, Microsoft Office integration for on premise clients and additional features for the user section would be beneficial.

What we love most about this product is its high level of customization. We can build out each module with specific workflows that are tailored to our organizations needs.

Cons

No complaints but we are looking forward to upcoming updates especially improvements to search functionality and other changes that will enhance the user experience.

The business risk management tools are well designed especially for disaster recovery and emergency mass notifications. Plus SAI360 gives us a complete solution for business continuity helping us stay prepared for any disaster. Setting up report templates for audits and analytics is quick and easy too.

Cons

While it works perfectly for our business continuity and management needs, features like compliance learning come with a steep learning curve which makes them challenging to master.

It keeps RAC audits organized and makes it easy for us to gather data and turn it into useful, actionable reports.

Well it takes time to fully understand the structure within each module.So, it can be confusing, as it was for me, and it may take some effort to ensure the application is being used to its full potential

“Leads the world in compliance training

Pros

SAI360 has a huge, up to date content library in multiple languages covering key risk topics like bribery, safety and harassment. The content is relatable, engaging and regularly refreshed, so annual training stays useful and not boring or repetitive. Also they offer full courses, micro learning and short multimedia clips to fit different needs. What really stands out to me is their outstanding customer support. You get a dedicated team that truly understands your business, keeps up with industry trends and helps you stay compliant. Overall it feels more like a true partner than just a vendor.

Cons

I just wish they added new content to the library more often especially in newer areas like sustainability. That said they have definitely grown their government contracting section which is a big plus.
