The only thing I would change about it is their tendency to recommend some of their own products when they are not actually necessary for us. At times, the suggestions are for items we do not need and those products are only available through SBS.

They pointed out a few areas that needed improvement and highlighted places where our policies required more detail. They also provided documents that helped us complete that work which saved our team a lot of time. Because of that, we were able to add the missing details pretty quickly.

One challenge for our team was having to work across two separate platforms. Part of the process was in TRAC, while another part was in Field. Field was difficult to navigate and we were not aware of all the steps involved. After uploading our documents, we did not receive clear guidance on what needed to be done next within the program. We also did not know that we had to mark the upload as complete. It would be much better if all assessments were handled in one system and if a short step-by-step guide explained how to upload documents and what to select afterward.

Given the size and complexity of our bank, it was actually simpler to number files based on the request list and do a bulk upload into Trac than use the newer Fieldguide program. Even so, everything still worked out fine.
