I find this email encryption tool really well-designed and easy to use. It gives me confidence that my private information stays secure during transmission and I appreciate having full control over my data.

Cons

The only thing is that it requires biometric authentication from your phone every time you use it.

Pros

I can finally send confidential files without the problem of splitting emails and passwords into separate threads. Recipients dont need their own license and they just create a quick account and they're good to go. Both emails and attachments get encrypted which gives me peace of mind. The interface is very simple, so I never have to walk anyone through how to use it. People figure it out on there own which saves me tons of time. Plus, the support team has been fantastic whenever I've needed help.

Cons

The mobile app could definitely use more features and functionality. There are some other improvements I'm hoping to see that are apparently on their roadmap, so I'm willing to wait and see what develops.

Pros

I can send emails and attachments with complete confidence knowing my documents won't get intercepted. Had a scary experience before where someone hijacked my 200K Euro invoice and they created a fake company with a similar name and email (just one letter different), copied my signature and sent a bogus invoice to my client with different banking details. My client actually called asking why I sent a new invoice with changed bank info. This tool would've prevented that whole mess entirely. We reported it to authorities but they never did anything about it.

The only downside I can think of is that there really isn't one, everything works as expected and the support team handles any questions quickly.

I'm impressed by how smoothly this integrates with Gmail and Outlook and no need to abandon your go-to email service. The encryption works brilliantly even when recipients dont have accounts which is a huge plus. Having email tracking and the ability to unsend messages gives me so much more control over my communications. What really stands out is ditching those annoying passwords for biometric authentication. Just a quick fingerprint scan on my phone and I'm in, works perfectly on both Android and iOS devices.

I can't think of much that bothers me about this service. The only thing that comes to mind is if there was a way to integrate Yubico key infrastructure with the existing setup that would be pretty awesome!

The interface is incredibly smooth to use which makes deploying it across our clients' networks absolutely seamless. This has earned us countless positive feedback and keeps our customers happy knowing their data stays private while meeting all regulatory requirements. The built-in LOPD/GDPR compliance features are essential for our customer deployments and honestly I can't imagine working without them. Plus, both the support and sales teams are fantastic. They're always there when you need help and never hesitate to jump in. Really appreciate that level of service!
