“Clean UI and responsive support”
Pros
The interface is clear and simple and getting everything set up takes very little effort. The team is quick to respond to user feedback and keeps making ongoing improvements. Having API access is also a big plus.
Cons
One thing that still feels missing is stronger support for data quality metrics.
