Pros
I like how flexible it is in customizing content to meet customer needs and its ability to adapt to new trends as the market or requirements change. Also it is easy to use, allows us to create visually appealing profiles and presents key messages and callouts clearly. I also like how it connects with both our internal and external communication tools when needed.
Cons
Well I do not think there are any features we are missing right now. Whenever we need something the team just add it. And as I mentioned before the flexibility of the tool is important for us and it has it.
