It is incredibly reliable and I can confidently say it is a trustworthy tool that consistently delivers excellent service.

The customer service is not the best. As they take way too long to get back to us.

The system is really easy to use and getting trained on it is not a problem as I get a hang of it pretty quickly.

I would love more it if there were more customization options for reporting.

Using this system is a piece of cake and it is just as easy to teach someone else. The real advantage is the time we save on training our engineers. Plus SMS has made incident reporting much faster and as an organization we really like that.

Sometimes the development process feels a bit slow to me especially when it comes to smaller changes.

There are not really any downsides to the program. So I would say just keep improving and refining it based on client feedback.

SMS360 is the only tool our company uses and I honestly cannot think of any feature or module that I am not satisfied with.
