“Beginner-friendly tool”
Pros
Using this system is a piece of cake and it is just as easy to teach someone else. The real advantage is the time we save on training our engineers. Plus SMS has made incident reporting much faster and as an organization we really like that.
Cons
Sometimes the development process feels a bit slow to me especially when it comes to smaller changes.

Cons
There are not really any downsides to the program. So I would say just keep improving and refining it based on client feedback.

This SaaS product allows our team to carry out fair and accurate compliance assessments across industries like waste management, motor carriers, municipalities and construction. Overall it is a comprehensive software solution for both internal and external safety compliance (DOT, OSHA).
Cons
SMS360 is the only tool our company uses and I honestly cannot think of any feature or module that I am not satisfied with.
