“Needs a lot of betterment
Pros
It is a feature-rich tool but it is not simple and can be difficult to use. But because it is driven by BPMN, it simplifies the understanding of processes.
Cons
The design is not user friendly which makes it difficult for us to navigate.

Pros
It is a highly complex suite that allows us to synchronize areas and data of great value. Plus the integration between the components works seamlessly.
Cons
Certain processes like creating risks are quite complex and require a lot of data input which I feel like is not always needed for simpler methodologies.

Pros
I was able to see process improvements during the implementation and manage all the necessary scopes to control my system, showing a positive shift in how our management system handles information. Also I like that it has a user-friendly interface.
Cons
The security system is so strong that managing external documents and exporting data at times becomes a challenging process for us. Additionally the reporting system is quite inflexible too.

Pros
Well I like how the system integrates various components of our business such as risks, projects, documents, HR, action plans, performance and quality. We are also pleased to see the software is regularly updated and that our feedback is taken into account. The immediate support from our account manager is also excellent.
Cons
Our main issue lies with the reports particularly in the projects, programs and portfolios. As most of our work is done in the projects module but the reports are mostly limited to status updates. And since many of our stakeholders are government employees who need hardcopy reports we often have to recreate them. Moreover development takes a lot of time and the functionality appears limited. Plus some of our suggestions and requests could not be implemented.

The integration between modules is great and creating workflows and implementing ideas is pretty simple too.
Cons
In my opinion the connection between the tickets module and the Kanban module needs improvement.

Pros
Overall I am satisfied with the solution despite the issues with configuration and usability. Yes there is room for improvement but knowing there is a roadmap in place and that the SE team listens to feedback boosts my confidence and satisfaction.
Cons
Well the user interfaces and configuration process are way too complicated.
