The tool is really easy to use and I also find it really simple to teach others how to use it too.

Cons

When adding a new process and specifying who it is for, the list is not in alphabetical order which causes inconvenience for us.

Pros

It gives us access to all our organizations processes and policies with real time updates. Plus it makes it easier for the staff to understand, supports multitasking and is great for training our new team members. Also the platform serves as a guide or a helpful refresher if you forget how to do something.

Sometimes I cannot log in due to internet troubleshooting issues.

Not only is it easy to navigate for the professional but it is also easy for people with minimal technical skills. Plus it offers helpful information especially for all our routine tasks and gives clear, step by step instructions from the beginning to the end of the process.

Although it is designed to be user friendly still people who are not very familiar with digital tools might find it a little tricky to get started.

Uploading and sharing content is pretty simple. And aving all our SOPs in one place makes it much easier to manage our multi site operations.

Editing could be more smoother as we can only see part of the sentence when defining steps which makes it a bit more difficult to manage.
