Pros

It has been really practical for managing carbon emissions especially when it comes to data collection, reporting and customer support. The platform is also very user-friendly and it feels simple to complete tasks without much effort or confusion which makes the overall experience a positive one.

Cons

Something that stood out on the less positive side was the wait time during busy periods since it could sometimes take a while to reach an advisor. That said, I understand they're a nonprofit handling a lot of demand and once I did get through, the support quality was consistently solid.

Right from the start, the customer support was incredible and the platform was simple to use. It really improved our data collection process and the team went above and beyond to accommodate specific requests that were outside the original scope of the engagement.

The templates could be more general and flexible. We did run into a few initial challenges related to how the templates were set up.

Keeping track of data is simple and the upload process is simple to work with. It also includes all the needed options to update the power consumed and the power generated.

uploaded data takes a while to appear. I have to refresh it every time before the updated value shows up.

A few sections can be somewhat tricky to navigate for users who don't already have a background in ESG, sustainability reporting or carbon accounting.

The interface could definitely be improved. For someone using it for the first time, the UI feels hard to navigate and not very user-friendly to use.
