“Fairly easy to use”
Pros
The platform is really easy to use. Also it is simple to understand the process of measuring, reporting and strategizing to reduce our emissions. Overall it makes the entire process quick and effective for us.
Cons
Connecting to electricity company integrations was a bit tricky for us as it was not possible to connect directly to their platform.

Pros
From the very beginning Sustain.Life has provided excellent customer support. We have reached out for assistance in various roles and for different needs and their responses have always been fast. They seem to have great internal communication too.
Cons
The one area that could definitely use improvement is the data upload and management process. Also it would be great if it were more flexible allowing us to make bulk changes once the data is uploaded. Also it does not yet have all the automatic sustainability reports we will need down the line such as Ecovadis or UNFC but they are constantly adding new ones and the key reports are already included.

We recently started using Sustain.Life to monitor and calculate our business GHG emissions. Our choice was influenced by their global presence with local representation and a range of pricing options. The platform also supports all of our ESG reporting which was pretty important for us. We needed a tool that could help us with everything from supplier questionnaires to the reports we generate. The onboarding process was seamless, with clear instructions and support throughout. While learning a new software can be tough, the assistance made the transition easy and its user friendly interface was a big help. Overall we are impressed so far and excited to track how our sustainability activities improve. We highly recommend working with them.

Pros
The support team they have is simply the best. They have a relaxed, down to earth approach that made the carbon accounting process feel much more manageable and less intimidating to us.
Cons
It is a great platform. I have not had the chance to fully explore everything yet as we have only been using it for a few months. Some of the downloadable templates are missing a few features we'd like but overall it is easy to use and looks great.
