Tenacy tool centralizes all actions in a single application. Plus I like that its modules offer a wide range of uses including action plans, dashboards and safety tracking in projects.
Cons
The solution might seem a bit complex at first but thats because it is comprehensive. With regular use it becomes easier and we start to realize all the possibilities the solution offers.

Pros
It has so many useful features, such as connectors, ready-to-use public policies, the risk catalog and the questionnaires all of which are really useful.
Cons
Reporting section is quite frustrating. As an administrator when I click on an item e.g number of metrics to enter I expect to see the full list, not just the one assigned to me as a contributor. Also it lacks the option to group things together such as number of actions by group or function within the same block.

Tenacy tool is specifically designed and optimized for a key task of the CISO such as spreading the security policy, ensuring its adoption, managing it and continuously driving action plans to strengthen the security foundation and control risks. Also it features modern development with a model adaptable to the company's strategy while maintaining alignment with public or normative security frameworks. And it can handle multiple scopes and facilitate collaboration with the cybersecurity contributors. The onboarding includes an online training module and support for integration. Overall I would say it is a great tool.

Pros
The product aligns perfectly with the needs of CISOs. The user interface is great and responsive and I find it easy to import and export data with it.
Cons
Sometimes there are missing features to meet our needs. For example there should be a field to note how to assess the effectiveness of actions. Also it would be helpful to display a binary indicator (yes/no) in dashboards and the ability to customize the weekly email. The complexity of the concepts to grasp and the terminology used can also be an issue for many.

Pros
Tenacy tool meets all cybersecurity requirements. It eliminates the need for multiple Excel files and simplifies assigning and tracking recurring actions or projects across teams. Also it offers unified reporting without needing to ask all stakeholders for information. Plus the integration team and support are always available to help us with any questions.
Cons
The way the different modules work together is logical but the wealth of features and the volume of data requires active involvement to master. Also there is nothing extraordinary about it compared to similar products though it does save me time in daily life.

Pros
The product is designed to meet the daily needs of a CISO in managing their activities. As a recent product the interface is user friendly and ergonomic. Plus the XLS import/export features are built-in which makes initial setup easier. And I like that the product teams are very attentive to feedback and improvements.
Cons
It is relatively new so I feel like some of the features still need improvement.

Pros
Tenacy software interface is easy to use and everything is centralized on the platform. It handles KPIs, action plans and security assessments. Also the dashboards are clear and the indicators for governance are well presented. With a little time I also find the tool easy to learn. The support service is excellent too offering personalized guidance. Plus pre-loaded security frameworks make creating audit forms much easier.
Cons
I think it could benefit from better tutorials with downloadable slides such as a guide for implementing your first indicators from A to Z. The same goes for action plans and security assessments.
