I can always go back to review which kids visited the club and it displays clear graphs of the data we have collected.
Cons
Well I think it would be great if the software could sort names by attendance from the most frequent to the least.

“A promising system that still has a lot of growth ahead”
Pros
The thing I really like about it is having a clear view of each members activity at the club as it is really impressive.
Cons
It is regularly updated with new features but this also means frequent changes. A downside I noticed is that it cannot automatically correct entered data which requires manual corrections. So as the numbers grow the system can become time consuming and may start to feel like a burden.

Pros
I like that it can create dashboards, show progress over time and allows for limited edits. Also it can upload bulk data all at once and schedule tasks.
Cons
It would be really helpful if the fields were customized to meet our organizations needs. Also locations should be more specific and navigating the system could be smoother by showing the current step and the next one. Also allowing at least two users to edit would be beneficial but requesting editing rights is a lengthy process. The system only updates when the data is available.

Pros
Well I really enjoyed seeing the dashboards that give us an overview of our projects. Also it is like a bird's eye view of everything.
Cons
I feel like moderating the initiative forms and filters would make it easier for us to interact with the graphs.

Pros
The software is simple to use and has significantly reduced the amount of work we used to do.
Cons
Most of the issues we had with the software have been addressed and they have also introduced new features that make it easier to track and monitor member progress.

“Good but is quite complex”
Pros
It generates good reports, makes event creation a simple task and lets us build dashboards. Also you can make edits, although they are somewhat limited and I like that it supports bulk data uploads.
Cons
The system has a few features that are hard to manage. For example the location key does not allow rural areas to be added when entering an organization. Also it takes a while to upload events and participants. Also the dashboard can be difficult to navigate especially if you are not an admin and you have to request permission to generate reports. So I feel like dashboards could definitely be more user friendly.

Pros
I love that it allows my organization to visualize our data with the layout customized by the user. Plus as a superadmin I can access features like insights and export data entered at any time which I can then analyze or process as needed. The automated dashboards are a great addition too.
Cons
Some features like reporting requires a lot of time and effort of ours because they require manual input.

It connects our head office to the field providing a clear link. Also it is adjustable and flexible so when something was not working for us we could easily make changes to suit our needs.
Cons
To be honest it took us a while to adjust to the system and we frequently found it challenging to get comfortable with its ease of use.
