I find their analytics tool much simpler to use compared to other products available.
Cons
In the first year we come across many false positives. However this is not specific to software and I understand the product will improve as data is flagged and refined.

The customizable integration with Tyler Munis is key for fast setup. And its smooth connection with Munis makes it very easy to use.
Cons
As the product continues to develop it will become better integrated with other widely used government ERP systems. And I know that more management dashboards will also be available in the future. So for now no cons to share or mention.

Pros
There are so many good things about it such as data views, risk identification and complete coverage with 100% scope make the audit results both innovative and impressive.
Cons
I cannot think of anything to complain about. Just be prepared to think in new ways as once you expand your thinking, it will be hard to go back.
