Pros

I appreciate how adaptable it is for conducting evaluations. We can handle everything from in-person assessments to remote ones by granting customers access to input their own data. The multiple frameworks really help paint a complete picture since we can benchmark clients against different standards and create compelling narratives around their current position.

Cons

Right now we can't use it completely for our continuous monitoring program. We've talked with TrustMAPP about this and feel confident they'll address it.

Pros

It's flexible enough to let me align with various maturity and risk frameworks, so I can choose whatever works best for our specific business needs and risk approach. I really appreciate how this tool helps me present our security program in a way that business leaders can actually understand and digest.

Cons

I can feel pretty overwhelming at first with all the different features and took me a while to figure out where to even start. It does get more easy as you use it more though.
