“My experience with Unit4

Pros

What I really like about Unit 4 is how easy it is to use. The user interface is super friendly which makes my work a lot easier especially when I'm using it for budgeting or reporting.

Cons

It would be great if there were more customized options to make the work easier, along with tutorials that are built into the software itself.

“Easy to set up and install

Pros

The interface is easy to get the hang of and because of that, our finance team has been able to build their skills. They're now using a wider range of functions to plan and model financial data.

Cons

Personally, transitioning from a more traditional data structure to creating data views for It was tough at first. Also, keeping track of the performance has been challenging at times.

Pros

Implementing and using it was easy. It's flexible and integrates quickly with our local ERP system. We decided to enroll the Prevero Platform as our local BI tool for management control, focusing on monthly cost projections. Thanks to the system's flexibility, we were able to shift to a "project-based" accounting model which aligns with our strategic goals of improving accuracy and effectiveness in our investments.

Cons

One downside is that you can't multi-select filter parameters when launching reports. Also, the way we move data to Excel could be improved.

Pros

It is easy to use whether you're adding data or just looking it up. Plus, the style is really pleasant to work with.

Cons

I think the organization of the menus could use some improvement and the descriptions of the fields in the menus need to be clearer.

It offers a solution that fits our business planning needs perfectly. It comes with ready-to-use modules for planning, and you can adapt all the logic to suit your business. So, if conditions change during the planning process, it's easy to adjust. In my experience, the adaptation of the logic requires consultancy services, but once you've been trained, you can handle it yourself. Creating reports is simple and the user interface is customizable to fit your needs. The whole user experience is made even better with a great authorization system and solid performance.

I've been using It for years and I have to say, our accountant can't live without it. Every time there's an update, we get excited to see what new features it brings!
