“User-friendly and adaptable software

Pros

It is super user-friendly and really helps systemize our workflow. I could easily delegate tasks to my team without worrying about sending manual reminders. The automatic reminders make sure neither I nor my team miss any important deadlines. I also love the custom dashboard feature which lets me share specific updates with the department head. On top of that, the customer support team has been incredibly helpful.

Cons

The reporting functionality is pretty good but there's definitely room for improvement.
