Using it has been very simple. It makes it simple to track and monitor audit results, risks and KPIs, while also clearly flagging actions that still haven't been completed. That makes follow-up and ongoing tracking much easier to manage.

It can be a bit slow at times especially when you're working with a lot of information.

Having risk and compliance controls scheduled regularly for nominated users, along with the reporting features, really helps highlight any weaknesses in the overall control framework that could also affect the Risk Register.

The interface works really well for viewing implementation scores across different vendors and it also gives us plenty of flexibility to add and tailor questions to match our specific needs.

Building specific compliance reports in it can be hard to figure out since only once have I managed to create a report exactly the way I wanted.

Getting everyone involved into one system has been really useful and it keeps all the information and documentation together in a way that feels simple and convenient. It's relatively simple to use and the support from the team has been very good, they're always available when help is needed.

This software is definitely useful for what we need but at times it can feel a bit complex and somewhat overwhelming. That said, part of that may simply come from not having used the platform enough yet.

So userfriendly and it gives us a thorough view of our compliance obligations. It also works well for reporting and the built-in reports provide clear visual snapshots of the work being completed by different members of the team.

The homepage visuals could use some improvement since they feel a bit too basic at the moment.

Having full ownership of the content is a big advantage for our credit union especially when it comes to accountability. We much prefer this kind of system over pre-populated platforms that come loaded with risks and controls our CU can't really tailor because this gives us the flexibility to make it specific to our own needs.

It's capable of doing a lot more than I personally know how to use right now so I would benefit from some additional training. That said, their team is very knowledgeable, helpful and always available whenever I need support.

the learning curve is gentle. Exporting reports for management and board reporting is simple and the scores/results are clearly displayed in the system. That makes the software useful across a range of different functions.

One of our biggest frustrations is that scheduling questions can be quite complicated although we do get very helpful support with that and they usually handle it for us. It's also frustrating that when setting up questions, you can copy sections but not individual questions.

Everything in the platform feels simple and user-friendly to navigate so using the features doesn't take much effort. Pulling reports from the system is also very simple and the customer service from their team has been excellent throughout.

Setting up new audits in the system can take quite a bit of time. That said, their team is always willing to help us with it so it hasn't really been a problem.

Being able to extract reports and download them is really helpful and makes the software more practical to use.

Getting to specific content can be frustrating since there isn't a search function so I have to scroll through the data manually.
