Overall good tool

Pros

I love how the embedded controls work across different workspaces. Whenever I update the master, it automatically updates every reference which is super convenient.

Cons

I like that there are separate spaces for Audit and SOX but I do wish there was a way to have a unified issue space instead of keeping them separate. It would make things more streamlined.

Pros

It's really helpful for keeping track of requests because it sends reminders when deadlines are coming up. Makes following up a lot easier!

Cons

It's tricky to test if you don't upload a PDF. Other file types like Excel, don't come through correctly which can be frustrating.

works well but a few suggestions

Pros

This tool is great for tracking multiple tasks, projects and assignments. It keeps everything organized and easy to manage.

Cons

It doesn't let you review Excel files with formulas and calculations properly and the formatting isn't great. It would be really helpful to have a better way to view these files.

An excellent product

Pros

The best part for me is how easy it is to use and I really appreciate being able to document findings in such a straightforward way.

Cons

It took me a little while to get used to the software but once I got the hang of it, I haven't had any complaints. The learning curve is there but it's worth it.

Very easy to use

Pros

Wdesk is user friendly and I love that multiple users can view and edit data at the same time. It makes collaboration so much easier.

Cons

One thing I don't like is that it doesn't resolve the footing issue that often pops up when putting together financial statements. It's a bit of a problem to deal with.

Reliable Microsoft alternative

Pros

My favorite feature of this tool is the link feature. You can update one sheet and all the linked sheets get updated automatically. It saves so much time and effort.

Cons

A downside I've noticed is with the historical data view. If the original data was filtered, you can't unfilter the columns when reviewing an older version. This makes the file completely uneditable which can be a huge issue.

Easy audits with this tool

Pros

The audit templates are great because they carry over smoothly and I can easily build in financial statements. It makes the process smooth and efficient.

Cons

Setting up templates and linking specific financial data is pretty complicated. It takes a lot of time and effort which could be improved to make the process smoother.
