I really like all the modules related to risk management and incidents. They're super important for our company and It has all the tools we need.
Cons
I'd probably change some of the UX on the webpage but overall, the software is well-balanced and the customer journey is well thought out.

“A must have tool”
Pros
Anonymous feedback and whistleblowing are really important to us and It does both perfectly. The clean and simple interface makes it easy for me and the tool has already started bringing benefits to our company, even though we're not huge yet. It shows how important feedback and escalations are.
Cons
Honestly it's hard to find anything wrong, though we did have to dig a bit to find this tool.
