“Covers everything yet easy-to-use
Pros
The interface is user-friendly and everything is in one place which makes it easy to keep track of everything. It's great for collaborating with colleagues and ensures tasks and procedures are all laid out to fit the needs of our organization. I no longer have to remember tasks as long as my WR-workflow is updated!
Cons
Hmm, I haven't really found any big downsides yet.

“Ideal governance tool for startups
Pros
The UI is interactive and the functionality is smooth. Support is really responsive and helpful. It covers all the basics including GDPR requirements and has a solid structure for things like risk assessments and incident responses. I'm really happy with it!
Cons
There's nothing major I have to enter but I'd say some minor UI tweaks could be made here and there. Still, it doesn't really affect the platform's functionality.

“Essential system for finishing your GDPR setup
Pros
I love how it guides you through everything, especially making all the legal stuff like GDPR much easier to handle. As someone in IT, some of the legal language can be tricky for me but It makes it much easier to understand. Plus, the staff is always helpful!
Cons
Well, it's still all about GDPR which isn't the most exciting topic. But as far as the system goes, I haven't noticed any cons so far.

“The most adaptable ISMS
Pros
One of my favorite things about Wired Relations is the flexibility in mapping frameworks like ISO27001/2, CIS18 and NIST. You can even set up your own custom controls if needed. The integration with Entra ID and RBAC with different roles is really smooth. They also offer trials before you buy which is great for testing it out.
Cons
The support is fantastic and the onboarding process is really smooth especially when it comes to handling special needs. No complaints here.

“My experience with Wired relations
Pros
It's so easy to use, really smooth and well-organized. Tasks can be created for just about anything, which makes it easy to set reminders. It keeps our organization connected on everything we need to do for compliance. It has streamlined our workflows and gotten rid of the need for shared folders full of Word and Excel files. And the support is super easy to reach!
Cons
I haven't run into any major drawbacks.

“Clean interface
Pros
It's easy to use and has a really user-friendly interface. Compliance management has never been so simple and efficient. It saves a ton of time and the task management feature is awesome. Plus, the customer support team is always friendly and quick to respond.
Cons
It's a pretty specialized system, so it doesn't have a ton of features, at least not in the Essential package. But depending on your perspective that could actually be a good thing.

“Fantastic and user-friendly GRC tool
Pros
It's very user friendly and I can teach others how to use it quickly. The support team is really skilled and picks up cases fast and they know when to escalate things to the developers. The progress overview is clear and it's perfect for reporting to management and boards. It really helps save time when doing audits with external auditors.
Cons
As an admin, I'd love to have more customization options like being able to add extra fields for free text, dropdowns and checkboxes.

Pros
It's simple to get up and running and there's great guidance throughout the system. The help text is really useful for navigating the different parts of the system. It's great for demonstrating compliance with things like GDPR, ISO, ISAE, NIS2 and DORA.
Cons
It'd be nice if I could customize some fields to fit our needs better.

The user-friendliness is a huge plus compared to many other systems. Setting everything up, including basic configuration, happens quickly and smoothly with the help of Wired Relations' support team. If your company has more complexity with multiple departments or countries, this system makes it easy and saves tons of time. At Unitas, we're a group of experienced consultants and we can confidently say that Wired Relations is one of the best systems we've worked with. It's simple, intuitive, well-supported and fairly priced.
Cons
We've made a few requests and they're all in the Wired Relations backlog. We're hopeful they'll be added soon just like past updates. Also, keep in mind that it isn't a super complex contract management system, so you might need other tools like SharePoint Online, for additional document storage and linking.

“Best GRC tool for consultants
Pros
It offers a ton of customization options, which is really important for me as an external consultant. I can easily adjust the solution to fit my client's specific needs and that flexibility makes a huge difference.
Cons
It has very few drawbacks. Honestly, it's hard to find specific negatives. I've used quite a few GRC solutions and this one is definitely one of my favorites. Plus I love that they're open to my suggestions for improvements like more filtering and sorting options for documents.
