Pros

It gives us a powerful interface that's still simple to use and it connects well with the platforms we already have in place. The simple web-based cloud signup also makes getting started and implementing it very convenient.

Cons

Customer support could be better. It would help a lot if support were available in real time since waiting on raised tickets can take extra time.

Pros

This has been a really helpful tool for organizing our data privacy and ethics compliance work. It gives us a clear, structured way to manage different protocols, including GDPR, CCPA and internal deliberation guidelines.

Cons

One part that still feels like a big task is creating detailed reports on compliance status or risk assessments. The current reporting tools also don't let us customize the data view which limits flexibility.
