Pros

It's super easy to understand and use. I really appreciate the support that's available and the customer service is top-notch.

Cons

It's annoying that you can only download one piece of evidence at a time. Also you have to manually calculate the kWh for all the months and then insert the total into WF instead of just entering the kWh for each month and letting the tool sum it up. Another downside is that you can't download the data in PDF format. Also, the KPIs are visible to everyone, not just a single reporter which could be more secure.

Easy to use

Pros

I love how easy it is to access the questionnaires. I have to say, I especially appreciated the support I got from Bilge Elzen.

Cons

The functionality doesn't quite meet all of Swedbank's requirements.

All in one solution

Pros

This platform is really flexible and it saves us so much time. It helps our portfolio companies report real sustainability data more accurately and with fewer resources.

Cons

The dashboard could definitely use some improvements.

Efficient software

Pros

We use different modules, Transparency, Management and Sourcing. At first we used all of them but now we mostly stick to the Management and Sourcing modules. It's been really helpful in keeping track of progress and gathering data for our suppliers, offices and stores.

Cons

We haven't integrated it with our internal system yet but that's something we're exploring.
