The software from Zazoon has digitized and automated various processes for us. The amount of time we've saved because of this is huge. We're really satisfied with it right now.

Right now, we're really happy with it and haven't encountered any issues or bugs. The tool and support work really well for us.

Pros

It stands out because of its ease of use which allows us to design flows exactly as we want. Training new users has been easy and some were able to start using the software without any prior introduction, thanks to its clean interface. This user-friendliness has made it so much easier for our team to involve the entire organization in the process.

Cons

I think the dashboard design could be improved but that's probably just a matter of personal preference.

I'd say the system process, customer support and functionalities are great.

Cons

It's not mobile-friendly, so our employees can only use the system on desktop. But honestly, it's not a huge issue.

“All-in-one solution for compliance

Pros

We were able to easily integrate our existing risk management in Excel. The solution is very interactive and easy to understand. The dashboard gives us all the relevant information and the processes are clearly displayed. Plus, risks can even be created through the provided assessments.

Cons

The licensing model is based on the number of employees rather than the number of users.

It provides a clear overview, is super easy to use, flexible and covers all the relevant IKS topics.

There's nothing major to mention. It really meets our expectations.
