Pros
Before switching to Zenoo and vDoc we were losing as much as 30% of our originations during digital onboarding with another solution. After we moved I saw those onboarding losses almost disappear and as a result, we were able to fund significantly more loans.
Cons
One issue we ran into was localizing the platform for each specific language. That said I have to give Zenoo credit because they responded quickly and brought in native-language support staff specifically to help us.
