Pros

Working with it has been a really positive experience. Our sustainability consultant is always attentive and quick to respond whenever questions come up which has been incredibly helpful. The platform also offers strong value for money and uploading data is simple and efficient.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any real complaints about it. The only downside at the beginning was that data uploads used to be manual but they've improved the platform over the years and added AI to that process. Now it's very quick and simple.

Pros

Right away, the platform feels clean, user-friendly and uncomplicated. The dashboard is particularly well put together, it's simple to navigate, visually clear and makes the data easy to understand at a glance.

Cons

The platform depends a lot on having data available from our ERP system. If that data can't be accessed or doesn't integrate properly, it creates quite a bit of manual data entry. That ends up taking extra time and cuts into some of the efficiency the platform is meant to deliver.
