all in one hospitality platform

Pros

Running a small to mid sized tourism business feels much more manageable with this platform because it brings together a wide set of features and modules in one place. It covers the key areas well from building and managing the website to setting up pricing, handling multiple sales channels and keeping communication with guests organized. The price to value balance is also quite good for what it offers. Another positive point is that the support team keeps getting better both in how accessible they are and in the overall quality and effectiveness of the help they provide!

Cons

Using the platform can be challenging because the configuration logic is quite complex likely due to years of added development layers without a true full scale reengineering. That complexity makes it fairly easy to make setup mistakes and those errors can trigger different kinds of issues while also giving the system a somewhat fragile feel that does not inspire full confidence. Customer support is steadily improving which helps limit and manage these downsides but the product would still benefit from a more radical overhaul to become much more modern, flexible and accessible.

excellent guidance

Pros

The customer support has been excellent when they respond! Friendly, responsive and well informed! The guidance provided is high quality and the advice has been genuinely helpful.

Cons

A downside is that while support is great, they aren't available in the evening or very early in the morning which is frustrating since those are the hours when we usually work.

professional help

Pros

They're truly very professional. Today I spoke on the phone with their rep and she helped me complete some tasks I had never done before and honestly didn't even know where to begin with. Everything was handled in a simple and practical way. I was really pleased to have the support of this team. Congratulations to them and excellent service!

Cons

Everything has been perfect. I've never had any difficulties with the way they work so I really don't have any negative feedback to give.

centralized bookings that save time

Pros

Running multiple apartments with this as my PMS and channel manager has made everyday operations much more manageable. Keeping reservations, availability and rates centralized in one place saves a lot of time and helps cut down on mistakes across different channels. I'd definitely recommend it to other property managers.

Cons

There's a bit of difficulty with some of the more advanced features at first especially when handling several listings. I'd also like to have a few more automation options and more customizable reporting but overall the platform continues to improve.

accessible platform

Pros

The software is quite accessible and the hotline is efficient and quick to respond which makes running a bed and breakfast business much more stress free.

Cons

There are still a few minor issues that are slow to get fixed on secondary features like gift vouchers for example but they do not affect the core business activity.

Pros

Excellent support from their team who answered all my questions and resolved every issue I ran into!

Cons

It can be a bit complicated to use at times but the support team is there whenever needed and can even take remote control to help with the setup.

good for us

Pros

It really helps us manage our property in many areas from reservations and payments to scheduling. It also lets us respond to requests quickly from anywhere using a mobile phone.

Cons

The calendar on the website does not allow customers to see the available dates for a villa and that can end up costing us potential bookings.

fast and reliable

Pros

Everything runs fluidly, works the way it should and feels fast to use. On the rare occasion support is needed the team is excellent and very responsive.

Cons

Sometimes the display needs to be refreshed after adding a reservation but once you know the little workaround it's not really an issue.

Pros

Whenever I reach out customer support gets back to me very quickly and in a genuinely friendly way and they resolve the issue every time...

Cons

I had to go through the auto responder to contact support but it connected me with an operator right away and as usual they were very kind and helpful.

promising setup, frustrating support

Pros

The website setup went well. I worked with someone well informed and they clearly understood what I was asking for plus what I expected.

Cons

The navigation is not very good. And having to deal with an issue through a bot is not what I expected when paying such an expensive subscription.

lovely customer service

Pros

Right from the start of our subscription we've consistently had very positive interactions with their team.

Cons

The bots (whether through the platform's messaging system or the phone voice assistant) often give answers that aren't very relevant.

Constant improvements

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is the customer support. They're attentive, quick to help and usually solve things efficiently. I also value that they keep refining the booking engine regularly and continue improving the smaller details.

Cons

At this point I haven't really run into any major issues. The only thing worth mentioning is that there have been a couple of disconnections which they fixed quickly but it still makes me a bit uneasy since all of our reservation information is stored there.

professional and proactive help

Pros

fully integrated booking platform

Pros

It feels like a complete all in one solution: website, booking system, invoicing and a channel manager connected to the most widely used platforms. On top of that the customer support is absolutely outstanding.

Cons

There are still a few OTAs that could be added. Aside from that the solution feels very polished to me so at this point I don't really have any real negatives to mention.
