Easy tracking with reduced manual work

Pros

The interface is very user-friendly and easy to use. Keeping track of candidates is simple and well-organized too. Also the automation features noticeably reduce repetitive manual work and having one central system to manage applicants is really convenient. I was also able to set it up quickly, onboarding was simple and customer support has been consistently helpful and responsive.

Cons

My experience is that it is missing some advanced features like native video interviews or built-in assessment tools. I also think the customization options could be better and the mobile experience doesn't feel as good or polished as the desktop version.

Well-organized pipeline with integrations

Pros

100Hires candidate pipeline is really well organized and its integrations plus overall ease of use stand out. And I find it highly efficient and quite comprehensive.

Cons

I noticed that while I'm using the candidates pipeline, there are not many options to personalize things. Otherwise I thought the rest of the platform worked well and met my needs.

AI features with great support

Pros

I like the AI-powered features and the well-organized pipeline. Also I find the interface clear and easy to understand and I've had a great customer support experience.

Cons

Well I'd like them to improve several AI features, add a more flexible job description creator and build direct integrations with major job boards so I can post from the platform.

Email integration with calendar scheduling

Pros

Linking with my email lets me message candidates easily. I can post jobs and smoothly move applicants through the pipeline and schedule interviews straight into the calendar. Creating tasks and assigning teammates is easy too and I pull reports to monitor candidate status and sources, use filters to find people quickly and add onboarding stages in the pipeline.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints as everything runs well for me and it feels ideal for staffing and recruiting. It really supports our staffing agency through the entire end to end process and makes handling every stage much easier.

AI tools with reporting dashboard

Pros

100Hires is really easy to use and get around. Its portal's AI tools assist me with writing job descriptions and suggesting salary ranges. It can also link to my email account which makes communication smoother. Plus there is a reporting dashboard that I regularly use and find useful for tracking things.

Cons

The interface could use a refresh such as better font choices and a more thoughtful color scheme would help. I'd also like the ability to personalize the UI to match our specific needs.

Monitor all roles with chat support

Pros

I'm really impressed by how user friendly it is. Also I can monitor every open role and each candidate across all stages and apply filters easily to narrow things down. There is even a built-in customer support chat available whenever I need help.

Cons

Everything else on the site works well. But the AI scoring uses limited credits and I was asked to buy more to keep using that feature.

Unique manages entire recruitment cycle

Pros

This platform is very unique. As it lets us plan and manage the entire recruitment cycle without needing to post separate job listings.

Cons

I think the careers website could be much more creative and visually engaging so it grabs candidates attention and helps improve our employer brand.

Comprehensive features easy navigate recommend

Pros

The platform offers a very comprehensive set of features and is easy to navigate. So yes I would recommend this tool to recruiters and recruiting agencies.

Cons

Posting jobs to external boards requires a paid plan which can feel less appealing for recruiters who are just starting out.

Broad features with quick automation

Pros

Using 100Hires, what I loved most was the broad set of features combined with a user friendly interface. Also I can approve and automate our recruitment workflow really quickly and with ease.

Cons

At this time there is nothing negative to report as I have everything I require right now. Still I see plenty of room to improve the selection workflow and how teammates and candidates communicate.

Perfect for new recruiters

Pros

As someone fairly new to recruiting, this platform made it much easier for me to understand the whole candidate process. I also really appreciated how everything is laid out in a logical order so I always knew what to do next. Plus adding applicants, tracking their progress and sending messages felt simple, not intimidating. It also helped me stay on top of follow-ups, which I used to miss before.

Cons

It took me a bit of digging to locate some settings, particularly when I wanted to edit job details.

Clear interface tracks every stage

Pros

The interface is good. As I could instantly see who had applied, who I'd already contacted and who still needed follow-up. Moving candidates through stages was easy too and the notes section helped me remember important details. While I was still learning the basics of recruiting, this tool really made the whole process easier.

Cons

Occasionally I had to refresh the page when jumping between candidate profiles which was a minor annoyance but didn't disrupt my overall workflow.

Centralized communication keeps me consistent

Pros

When I first started managing applications, this platform made everything feel a lot more manageable. I liked how fast I could shift candidates through different stages and how the timeline for each application was presented so clearly. It also kept all communication centralized which helped me remain consistent since every message was stored in one place.

Cons

It took me a little while to get comfortable with the layout particularly when jumping between various job postings. Still after a short adjustment I like using it.

All-in-one simplifies candidate review

Pros

Personally, I think its comprehensive, all in one candidate tracking system makes it simple for me to review and evaluate job applicants

Cons

Umm It packs so much information onto a single page that I have to focus more carefully to read every button and menu.

Advanced tools with uniform experience

Pros

100Hires is pretty advanced because it bundles all the tools I need during hiring. What stood out most for me were the predefined stages and questions which help keep the candidate experience uniform. I also like the ready-made templates that cut down on repetitive tasks for hiring teams. The candidate profiles are consolidated with every relevant detail and are simple to pull up. The UI looks user friendly so moving around the app isn't a headache. It also supports integrations with other systems.

Cons

During my trial, I got to explore most features so it is hard to point out things I dislike but I do have a few suggestions that could improve the platform. An approval workflow for reviewing job posts before they go live or when an offer is prepared, so approvals are properly tracked. Built-in offer templates so recruiters can generate offers inside the system, instead of copying details into separate Word files. Integration with DocuSign to make signatures easier for candidates and company reps. Templated tasks for candidates so when someone reaches a certain stage, predefined tasks are automatically sent via Gmail keeping the process consistent.

Streamlined features replace separate apps

Pros

All the streamlined features make my work easier by combining tools that are usually only found in separate apps.

Cons

While I think some functions aren't as smooth as I hoped, I still see plenty of potential for future app improvements.
