100Hires app is very user-friendly and the search tabs clearly guide my workflow. I also like having multiple ways to communicate like direct WhatsApp messaging. It is also easy to look up candidates locations using Google search. The reporting tools are also amazing as I use pipeline movement and the time to metric to keep timelines on track.
Cons
Personally, I'd like to see more reporting options added such as targets per consultant, the ability to include a LinkedIn URL on candidate profiles and a clear way to assign consultant ownership.

I find the interface clear, reliable and very user-friendly. Overall the whole workflow is simple and I can easily track each candidate's status throughout the process.
Cons

Cons
I am not a fan of the reporting tools. And I feel this area needs work. I feel like better dashboards and clear graphs would help me monitor my job postings and my team's activity much more effectively.

Everything was centralized in a single system, making it easy to find what I need. Also the AI features helped solve several pain points I had like salary benchmarking and handling candidate communications. And the pipeline view is really well-designed and simplifies my daily tasks.
Cons

My suggestion is to standardize the Job type field so it lists explicit employment categories like Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Freelance and Internship. Splitting job type from work arrangement Remote/Hybrid/On-site would improve filtering, reporting and candidate clarity.

Cons
In my view, the search field would work better if it sat on the left side and the menu currently in the top-right could be shifted completely to the left too. I think doing that would open up more room and make the layout align more closely with patterns I see on other sites.
