Manages HR with automated payroll and employee data

Pros

It centralizes and automates essential HR functions like payroll, attendance, and employee records. The self-service portals really boost employee engagement and make communication smoother which manages our entire HR workflow.

Cons

Setting up this system took forever especially when we needed to customize it for our specific workflow. The server problems don't help either. They make the whole setup process even more frustrating and time-consuming.

easy set up due to great professional support

Pros

Muzaffar's support was outstanding. The software is really agile and user-friendly and it cut down about 75% of my workload which is incredible.

Cons

Haven't found anything to complain about yet, though I'm keeping my fingers crossed it stays that way

Covers basics well but lacks instant notifications

Pros

Its basic functionality covers what we need and it works well for smaller businesses. The support team, especially Venkatesh and Srinath, really makes the difference and honestly we couldn't manage without their help. Good value for the money too.

Cons

Several basic features are missing that really should be standard by now. For instance, managers don't get instant email notifications when team members apply for leave, work from home, or report incidents, instead there's just one daily email at 1:30pm which isn't very helpful for staying on top of things. There are quite a few similar gaps like this that make the tool feel less advanced than it could be, and addressing these would make a huge difference in how users perceive the platform.

easy to set up and use

Pros

The set up team, especially Mr. Muzaffer, did an excellent job setting everything up for our company and provided great ongoing support throughout the process.

Cons

Sometimes it takes forever to load which can be really frustrating when you're trying to get work done quickly.

amazing support team but requires strong internet

Pros

Their team is absolutely amazing. Sufiyan and Muzzafar always give us quick help whenever we need it and Venkat has been really supportive too, he's there whenever I run into issues or need something clarified.

Cons

The app really depends on having a solid internet connection to work properly. A lot of our staff have complained that it's not simple to use. The development team should focus on making the interface more user-freindly.

Pros

The interface is easy to understand. Their support staff is outstanding, always there and helpful when I need assistance. The setup process was smooth thanks to an excellent team that guided us through everything.

Cons

solid Leave management and smooth payroll

Pros

Attendance tracking works really well and I'm impressed with how smoothly the payroll processing runs. Leave management has been solid too and makes handling time-off requests much easier than before.

Cons

Pros

I find their team to be helpful when I submit tickets. They get back to me quickly and resolve issues efficiently.

Cons

The ticketing setup really needs to connect with email , it would make things so much easier for everyone. Right now we have to juggle different systems just to submit a ticket or contact the team which is pretty inconvenient.

Pros

I've had a really positive experience overall. The support team is helpful and always there when I need assistance.
