It centralizes and automates essential HR functions like payroll, attendance, and employee records. The self-service portals really boost employee engagement and make communication smoother which manages our entire HR workflow.
Cons
Setting up this system took forever especially when we needed to customize it for our specific workflow. The server problems don't help either. They make the whole setup process even more frustrating and time-consuming.

Pros
Its basic functionality covers what we need and it works well for smaller businesses. The support team, especially Venkatesh and Srinath, really makes the difference and honestly we couldn't manage without their help. Good value for the money too.
Cons
Several basic features are missing that really should be standard by now. For instance, managers don't get instant email notifications when team members apply for leave, work from home, or report incidents, instead there's just one daily email at 1:30pm which isn't very helpful for staying on top of things. There are quite a few similar gaps like this that make the tool feel less advanced than it could be, and addressing these would make a huge difference in how users perceive the platform.

Their team is absolutely amazing. Sufiyan and Muzzafar always give us quick help whenever we need it and Venkat has been really supportive too, he's there whenever I run into issues or need something clarified.
Cons
The app really depends on having a solid internet connection to work properly. A lot of our staff have complained that it's not simple to use. The development team should focus on making the interface more user-freindly.
