“User-friendly system

Pros

I've found it to be very user-friendly and simple to use with a gentle learning curve that makes things clear from the start. Their support team is consistently on hand and responds promptly whenever I need assistance. I rely on this platform every single day to monitor the onboarding progress of new hires and my other colleagues.

Cons

The one drawback I've noticed is occasional technical hiccups and glitches that pop up which can interrupt our learning flow and negatively affect the overall user experience and progress tracking.

Setting it up was simple and I found it uncomplicated. I spent very little time and still achieved excellent results.

Cons

I didn't run into any problems while using it. It performed exactly as promised and I discovered it offered additional features beyond what was originally stated.

I found the setup and usage very simple. Unlike other similar platforms where I had to endure a tedious configuration I was able to create a position on 50skills within just a few minutes.

Cons

At first it was a bit confusing to locate certain options that weren't listed anywhere on their website. Still, I couldn't find any real flaw with the service or the overall workflow. All in all it feels outstanding.

“simple hiring workflow

Pros

The whole hiring workflow was simple and the resumes we received were easy to organize and assess which made reviewing applicants quicker and less time-consuming. Having the customized branded site was a big plus as it presented our roles professionally. I'm aware there are features to turn on employee referral incentives which sounds excellent although we didn't activate that during this particular hiring campaign.

Cons

Because our hiring workflow was quite simple we didn't make use of most of the platform's features and as a result I honestly couldn't point to anything that I disliked during our time using it.

It's designed to focus on a single task and it truly excels at that. The step-by-step hiring workflow feels smooth and is simple for me to handle.

Cons

I couldn't find anything I disliked. It could be a bit cheaper but for larger companies that isn't a problem.

“all-in-one hiring app

Pros

All I have to do is type a brief search query and I can immediately pull up an ideal candidate who matches my requirements. I no longer have to wade through mountains of CVs to track down the right person. All it takes is a quick search and the result appears. Honestly this tool should be nicknamed the Google for sourcing suitable job candidates. It's very fast at locating applicants I was interested in even if I can't remember their last names. I simply set the filters, run the search and boom, there they are. For me it's a true all-in-one recruitment app and it makes the whole hiring process feel like a walk in the park.

Cons

I feel the tool could do a better job producing employment contracts customized to each region. The agreement that pops up after I hit the 'hire' button is pretty generic and sometimes doesn't match my industry norms or the specific employment laws in my country. Overall though I find the contract it generates to be decent.
