“Key HR tools altogether
Pros
What I like about it is that it brings together key HR tools in one system. Plus it makes recruiting, onboarding and performance reviews easier and employee records are simple to access and update. Even the self-service options give employees and managers more control, which reduces admin work and improves accuracy across the company.
Cons
Some of the parts have a steep learning curve especially for new users. Also switching between modules could be smoother and several tasks require more steps than necessary. With a cleaner interface and clearer in-system guidance I believe the platform would be more efficient.

“strong tool with AI reviews
Pros
When I used CoreHR through Access PeopleXD I found it to be a strong and efficient HR tool that covers everything from hiring to core HR tasks. It gave me full support from start to finish and connected easily with other platforms like Salesforce. Also the reports and dashboards are clean and useful as managers can get quick insights. I could also customize workflows without needing technical skills which helped me better track the user journey. The 360-degree feedback feature helps align teams with company goals and getting approvals was quick and easy. Overall the interface is user-friendly and includes key features like recruiting, attendance tracking, approvals, offer letters and AI-powered resume reviews.
Cons
That said I noticed the app is weak in tracking employee activity. Things like attendance and total hours worked could be handled much better. Also the individual employee's view needs more detail to improve tracking. I even found that holiday info and policy details were missing which is a problem for HR admins. Pricing can also vary depending on which features you turn on. Finally pulling out salary details like phone or internet reimbursements should be simpler and less of a hassle.

“easy clock in and out with leave view but complex after update
Pros
It is very easy to use for clocking in and out. The interface is also bright and simple to navigate and I can upload my diplomas and certificates. Plus it gives me a clear view of how much annual leave I have left.
Cons
Since an update a few months ago the platform has started to feel cluttered and too complex. A map that shows my location sounds nice in theory but in practice it slows things down and I already know where I am. And when I forget to clock in I have to scroll forever to find the exact hour and minute I need. It is a frustrating extra step that slows me down when I am just trying to fix one time entry.

“provides easy access but interface is bad
Pros
I am really glad I can access resources on a secure site instead of having to ask HR to email documents or keep track of paper copies. Also I can log in from the office, home or my phone which makes everything much simpler, faster and easier to reach whenever I need them.
Cons
The interface could use work as I often find it unclear where things are located or what functions I'm actually able to perform which can be frustrating.

Pros
As an HR user, I find it is a powerful system for handling HR tasks. Also it is easy to use and the interface makes navigation simple. I even like how it helps track employee performance, so I can manage benefits and rewards based on company standards. Scheduled payroll prevents late payments automatically and it makes job postings and onboarding much smoother. Plus it covers all our organizational needs and going digital has made the workplace more organized and clutter-free.
Cons
Sometimes I struggle to find certain options so I feel like the design could be improved to make features easier to discover. Also there are too many steps and clicks to submit or approve requests which slows me down. Resetting my own password is a hassle too so I wish it were automated. Moreover the app can be slow to load and unresponsive at times. Occasionally the clock-in feature does not work. Even the admin interface seems unmanageable and makes tracking approvals harder and the user search could really use an update.

“No way to fix wrong clock-ins
Pros
One feature I really like is that it helps prevent employee fraud by showing each worker's GPS location. That extra verification gives me peace of mind.
Cons
The employee interface is not good as it makes daily tasks slower and there is no way to fix a clock-in if someone punches in at the wrong time.

“payslips are understandable for beginners
Pros
Since I want everyone to understand their payslip I find this tool the best at explaining the details. Even coworkers with limited computer skills pick it up easily, so adoption is simple.
Cons
Sometimes our team has trouble finding specific items and when that happens it slows things down because employees spend extra time searching for what they need.

“Flexible pay codes with adjustments
Pros
What I like most is the flexibility to create many pay codes with different rates and that feature really stands out. With CoreHR, I can also adjust those codes on the fly which makes changes easy. We implemented the system just over a year ago and had to get it running quickly to keep payroll smooth. Every time I reached out by email or phone, the team was patient, helpful and excellent.
Cons
I can't turn off deductions for a whole group of employees at once. I mean I have to go into each employee type and do it one by one which takes a lot of extra time.
