It worked perfectly, giving us a clear and easy-to-understand overview of all employees time off.
Cons
While the software does the work, the user interface is difficult to navigate, making it challenging to find what we need. As an end user, I often had to refer to the manual. Additionally, the onboarding process could be much smoother

The absence management tool is great, allowing me to log staff sick days or holiday requests and it can be sorted by user or group.
Cons
There is no option to log in and view data from previous years.

Pros
It is very user-friendly. Plus it provides a quick and simple way to submit vacation, sick leave and other requests to the relevant department.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing I really dislike about it. The only issue would be the time it takes to approve vacation requests but that's more of an issue with the approval process, not the software itself.

It is simple to choose your vacation days and send them to your manager and it is great for keeping track of how many holidays we have remaining.
Cons
Well I noticed it is not as easy to book half days off or compensation days and other similar requests can be a bit tricky.
