“Customer service and communication is amazing
Pros
I really love the customer service and how my rep stays in touch. He is pretty quick to reply and digs deep whenever there's a problem or mix up. Plus he knows all about the packages Accurate offers and suggests cool stuff we can add to improve our screenings.
Cons
Honestly I don't think there is anything I dislike about Accurate.

Pros
Accurate does the heavy lifting for me. What I like most is how easy it is to use and how accurate the info they provide is.
Cons
I would not say it has any major downsides. Though it could use more regional support depending on where the caller is from but I understand there are limitations.

We get excellent customer service and a very responsive rep. Also the program runs smoothly and the interface is really user friendly.

Pros
The customer service is top notch and I like the dashboard as it is simple and easy to navigate.
Cons
They should get rid of either the "create order" or "send invite" options because having both is confusing. So I feel like just one would be better.

“Strong partnership and outstanding service
Pros
Customer service is what I like the most. Our main support guy is incredible and has been with us for years. He really understands our business and works hard to find solutions, even when the system is not a perfect fit. It makes everything easier and gives me confidence we are getting the best out of the product. Plus it's way more modern and user friendly than what we had before.
Cons
Any downsides I might find are really just picky stuff based on our specific needs but the customer service always has my back so it's never a problem. We can always work something out.

Pros
Accurate Background is really user friendly. Our team jumped right in without any headaches. The interface is clean and organized and everything works just how you'd expect. The customer support is awesome too and they are quick to help, know their stuff and genuinely care about helping us succeed.
Cons
Sometimes background checks slow down the candidate's process but I know that's usually because of the Court System, not Accurate.

Pros
The reports on candidate background checks and Motor Vehicle Records are clear and to the point. Also it is easy to submit our candidates too.
Cons
I think court closures and redactions are industry wide problems. Most of the time customer support is helpful but once in a while, you get someone who doesn't add much when issues come up.

“Excellent vendor for background and medical services
Pros
What I like best is how much we can customize our packages, the system instructions and emails from Accurate for our org. It makes the candidate experience way better and saves us from sending tons of emails explaining stuff since it's all pre filled. Also Accurate has a medical services team for healthcare groups like us and their customer support is always there during the day if we need help. The tools in their portal also help us keep everything organized.
Cons
Right now I am not a fan of the new chat feature in the portal. I used to be able to request an email after the chat but now I can only download it and it doesn't even include why I started the chat. Also chats seem to take longer than before.

Pros
Working with our account manager and the support team has been great. They are very supportive, pay attention and get things done fast.
Cons
It'd be great if the Accurate dashboard showed a countdown for when a pre adverse process is happening or at least had a list of new orders needing review specially for those sent an adverse letter.

Pros
What I really appreciate about Accurate Background is how fast and helpful their team is. Whenever we need support, they are quick to assist and their 24/7 chat makes getting help easy and immediate. We use the chat to reschedule drug tests, resend ePassports and handle many requests quickly without waiting on emails or calls. Their turnaround time is always fast and their customer service goes above and beyond. Another big plus is how we have integrated Accurate with our own system, once a background check or drug test is ordered, the results automatically show up in our platform right away. This automation saves us from manual work, cuts down errors and speeds up onboarding. Also it lets our team see in real time where each candidate is which is super helpful when dealing with a lot of people. Overall it has been a reliable partner and their tools and support really help us day to day.
Cons
One big pain point is how the system handles state required forms especially for Georgia. The background check still completes even if the GA search is canceled because a form is missing. That means lots of manual follow up for us. Ideally the check wouldn't go ahead until the rep submits the form. Right now reopening the search creates a new order which is hard to track. We have to set calendar reminders and constantly check back. It is a real time consumer and easy to miss something. So yes I feel like fixing this would make everything way smoother.

Cons
Training is inconsistent across customer service teams worldwide. Sometimes I get wrong info.

Accurate is super responsive to questions and escalations. We are a high volume, demanding customer and they always jump in to help get our background checks done fast across different areas.
Cons
There are not really any downsides. However I feel lke turnaround times could be better but that is not always in their control.

Our Account managers have been amazing, they responded very well everytime. They are always ready to jump in and help with analytics and service updates.
Cons
Background checks in some states take forever. Luckily customer service is always there to help find out what is causing delays and keep us updated.

Pros
The thing I like the most about them is that you can talk to a real person for customer support, which is great.
Cons
I do not get why they call the same phone number multiple times then mark a search complete. That's not done! We shouldn't have to do our own verifications after paying for the service. They should try other contacts after a few calls. I shouldn't have to step in at all, please fix this!
