It's fantastic that I can pre-screen applicants upfront and use the detailed reporting to make much smarter, more informed hiring decisions.
Cons
It would help if there were a better way for applicants to discover this software instead of us having to direct them manually through cards.

What I appreciate most is the depth of use and the wide range of features, especially the routing capabilities that make tasks run smoothly.
Cons
Although it is great but user experience feels a bit dated to me and my customers often mention wanting smoother navigation and more mobile friendly marketing tools.
