Pros
Accessing files has become so much easier now. Before, I used to spend a lot of time trying to remember where I saved something and it would slow me down. Now I can find what I need in just a few clicks which has really improved my productivity.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that some documents get deleted automatically and I sometimes find it difficult to figure out where they go when I need them again.

“Great for secure personnel document
Pros
I can quickly open and go through all personnel documents without any hassle. The search works well and scrolling through files is smooth. I also like that I can control access in a detailed way.
Cons
As an admin, I sometimes miss features like drag-and-drop for organizing files and employee groups, especially when I need to rearrange things quickly. Creating new structured folders or groups also takes a bit more time than I would expect.
