I really appreciate the full audit history Actus keeps on every role assignment. It makes it easy to figure out who was supposed to do what within a specific time frame. This has been super helpful when submitting reports to regulatory bodies or when we need to assess internal risks.

Cons

I noticed that the queries could be slow especially when dealing with historical compliance logs across large records. Its not a huge issue right now but in the future, it would be more efficient if older files could be accessed across departments more easily.

Pros

Something that really impressed me was how it cleared up confusion about SEAR obligations in Actus. Every task has a record in the system which gives our compliance team a lot of confidence.

Cons

I realized that theres no auto escalation if someone doesnt acknowledge their role assignment within a certain time. This has to be done manually which can slow down some operations especially during peak times.

Pros

What stood out to me were the real time responsibility assignments in Actus. It creates a great audit trail making it simple to handle regulatory inquiries. Its also super helpful when doing our quarterly compliance audits.

I found that the Certification tracking notifications arent as flexible as I would like particularly, when it comes to timing. Since the framework is fixed, companies with different cycles often end up with overlaps or gaps that require manual checking.

Its simple to use and customize it according to our business needs.

Some of the questions didnt seem relevant. Selecting 'not applicable' felt like a waste of time.

Really liked that all our training programs could be stored in one place for everyone to access. Having all development reviews tracked and monitored in one spot has been very helpful. Most of the features on this platform really add value and provide a solid structure.

It can be a bit slow at times. There are also a few features we havent been using because they dont really fit with how we operate.

We really appreciate that the software has the features we need and is simple to use. It also sends us reminders when tasks like Appraisals, Probation Reviews, 360 Surveys, Objectives and Training Needs are due. This has saved the HR team time in monitoring and coordinating those tasks. Plus employees can access their performance records which gives them ownership of their goals and career progress.

Cons

We honestly cant think of anything we dont like about this software. Theres a new talent management function coming and its perfect timing for us as we are working on a succession plan which will now be possible thanks to Actus.

Two things really stand out for me, firstly the softwares customization! It really fits our performance management needs and has helped us achieve our business goals. Secondly, its easy to use and we needed very little training to get started.

Theres nothing really worth mentioning here.

I find it to be very user friendly, quick and responsive. The technical support is very professional and well trained and theyre always open to suggestions for system development. I also appreciate the working groups supporting the ongoing developments.

Its not super easy to link with other systems like Relias. Its also not as smooth when trying to integrate with mobile phones and tablets. The training slowed down setting it up because the performance management principles took too long to cover so the rollout felt rushed. Luckily, the team quickly fixed this.

Actus is really easy to get the hang of which is great since Im not very tech savvy. The team is always there to help when I have questions and they respond quickly.

Cons

In my opinion, it has more features than we actually need for our small clinic. Its not necessarily a downside, just some things we don't have time to use.

Its easy to use for our users which makes life simpler for our admin team plus it allows people to add 360 feedback to appraisals easily and helps keep our organizational hierarchy up to date. ON top of that, its also easy for people to add external emails when needed.

Cons

We had to set up an FTP to manage the user hierarchy but everything is set up now and we are good to go. We are not using all the features yet but hopefully well get to do more with it soon.

Pros

What really sold me on Actus was how personalized they made everything for our business. When we were looking for a Performance Management system, this was our top priority and this platform delivered exactly what they promised. It was crucial for us that the system was userfriendly and could adapt to the different needs of our diverse workforce and thats exactly what it does. The reporting feature is amazing too and has already helped us improve our Performance Management reporting in every area.

There were a few small changes we wanted to make before the system went live but since they were part of the core setup we couldnt make those adjustments. However, the implementation team worked hard to suggest alternative ways we could adapt things to better fit our needs.

I love that the system makes it easy to record important information that drives business results. It aligns people's personal objectives and tasks with the company's overall goals. Plus the software is user friendly and it can be customized to fit our needs.

Theres really nothing major to mention. Over the years, the system has been updated and improved to stay valuable and easy to operate.

The simple design of this software really appeals to me. Our team is small and constantly changing so I dont have time to train everyone. Being able to figure out the system on my own without needing training is a huge plus.

The absence module has a few rough edges compared to the other modules but you get used to it. I heard its getting an update next year so hopefully those issues will be fixed.

There are a few features, like a committee map, that would be nice to have. It'd also be awesome to link documents directly to specific responsibilities, but there are workarounds for now. Also Actus is always eager to hear feedback from users.

For me, the software is super easy to use. Every screen works the same way, which makes navigation very simple. It's set up to manage performance throughout the year, offering plenty of opportunities for regular conversations with employees. The system is also broken down into logical sections so reviews and meetings can be focused and adjusted in length to cover specific areas. This helps our team stay focused and gives them time to reflect between meetings.

Cons

At first it felt a bit disconnected but the more I use it, the more I realize its better to have things sectioned off. This helps keep meetings short and focused as I mentioned earlier.

Its easy to use, the support team is helpful and it has really reinvigorated the way we do performance reviews.
