Pros
The customer support is excellent. Also I find the platform really easy to use and the new AI features are a great bonus, it really makes communicating with both candidates and employers pretty simple.
Cons
I honestly do not have any complaints about this platform. I think it is very easy to use and so far, I have had excellent service for what I have paid.
