“Reliable and accurate payroll

Pros

The accuracy and timeliness are spot-on which really makes this payroll system stand out. Everything runs smoothly and I can always rely on it to deliver exactly what I need, when I need it.

Cons

Nothing really bothers me about this system that would mess with our ADP processes.

“Complete HR Management Solution

Pros

I'm impressed with how much this system offers. It has attendance tracking, payroll management, performance appraisals, benefits monitoring and complete salary processing all in one place. It's so comprehensive but still really easy to use.

Cons

Customer support could definitely be quicker and more responsive when issues pop up.

Pros

I love how it breaks down different pay items like salary and taxes, it helps me understand my finances better. The built-in tax calculator is handy and being able to submit all my documents correctly makes financial planning so much easier.

Cons

The tax calculator was confusing when I first started using it and all those sliders and options didn't make much sense at first. Some examples or step-by-step guides would have been really helpful in making it more user-friendly.

It's so easy to track how my entire paycheck is broken down. Perfect for staying organized.

I haven't found any issues yet, everything I need is easy to see and access.

Pros

The platform does a great job handling payroll management and keeps everything organized. I really appreciate how clearly all the details are separated and it makes it easy to find and manage whatever payroll information I need.

Cons

The interface looks a bit outdated compared to modern apps. I've seen this with a lot of payroll platforms, not sure why they all seem to be stuck in the past visually. But other than that old-school look, I don't really have any major complaints.

“Helpful & User-Friendly

Pros

The way everything is laid out on my salary slip makes it really easy to understand and saves me a lot of time. Comparing my pay across different months is simple and the graphic view is especially helpful and it makes everything clear.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a little longer to load but that might just be our internet connection. Other than that minor delay, I can't really complain.

Pros

I can easily access and download my pay stubs online, which makes comparing earnings from different months so much easier. The website is really user-friendly and I love being able to see visual charts of my salary history.

Cons

I can't really pinpoint any major issues with this software. I'm comfortable using it and would recommend it to anyone. One thing I'd like to see though and the ability to download multiple salary slips at once instead of doing them one by one.

It's so convenient that all my monthly salary slips are shown in one comprehensive view. It's much easier to track my pay progression and calculate percentage increases whenever I need to review my compensation history.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that it might feel overwhelming for new users at first but honestly, that's just because there are so many features available.

I'd love to see the entire dashboard all at once, instead of having to navigate between different sections.

Pros

The interface is very user friendly and I can pull up my pay stubs quickly whenever I need them. What I appreciate most is how it shows everything in one place, my year-to-date earnings, 401K contributions and other salary details are all right there.

Cons

I had some trouble during setup where my username and password wouldn't work when I tried logging in later so I had to reset my credentials.
