Easy support portal system

Pros

For the most part, moving through the system is easy. I also find the support portal helpful although response times can sometimes vary.

Cons

Payroll processing sometimes feels a bit inconsistent for me especially because different reports are located in different sections which makes navigation slightly confusing when I need everything quickly.

inconsistent service experience

Pros

Not having to deal with payroll taxes or prepare W-2s myself has saved me a lot of time. The added benefit management features make it even more convenient for me.

Cons

The quality of service I receive can vary depending on who is handling my account which affects my overall experience from time to time.

Reliable HR

Pros

I've had a really steady experience with this tool. Whenever I've reached out for help with HR, payroll, or reporting, the support team has been polite and clear. I use it regularly and it's been easy for me to work with especially when onboarding new employees. Even with upcoming updates, I feel comfortable knowing support will be there if I need it.

Cons

Sometimes I struggle a bit to locate specific reports and that's one area where I hope the updated version makes things clearer for me. When I do get stuck, I can always reach out to the support team which gives me some reassurance.

Dedicated account support service

Pros

Having someone like Michelle as a go-to contact has made a big difference for me. She's always been helpful and knows her stuff which makes things easier whenever I need assistance.

Cons

For my situation, the cost feels a little high for a small business but at the same time I do notice it saves me time and reduces manual work in other areas which balances it out for me.

Professional HR support team

Pros

The support team has really stood out to me. Every interaction has been professional and friendly and that level of service is what makes this tool different from others I've used.

Cons

Old records are not always easy for me to pull up and I usually need a bit more time than expected to find what I'm looking for.
