Super accurate and easy to use

Pros

The workflow is super simple and easy to use. What I love most is that the accuracy has been consistently high. Plus their customer support is amazing...they are always there to help.

Cons

there were a few initial issues but the it team fixed them quickly so it was not a big deal.

Incredible support with smooth integration

Pros

it is great! the team is incredibly helpful and honestly, they are one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. They are experts in their field, approachable and really know their stuff. they are able to sell their product with a lot of confidence and the software has been smoothly integrated into our system with a high level of accuracy. we continue to use it to fully optimize and automate our business operations and it's been a great experience.

Cons

it is awesome! we just wish they could do more products because their current one is excellent.

Fast feature updates

Pros

The integration process was really smooth.. The API documentation was clear and answered all our questions right away which made everything much easier.

Efficient automation!

Pros

one of the biggest benefits has been the speed of feature development. Updates come quickly and they address the things that really matter to us. The platform has remained reliable even as we have pushed more documents through it.

Smooth integration... no issues at all

Pros

It has completely automated our manual document flows in multiple areas of our business. Since we integrated it, about 80% of our documents pass through without needing human review, thanks to the business rules that ensure data accuracy.

Cons

our go to tool

Pros

it saves us hours each week. the application is super accurate and can handle our complex requirements like extracting tick boxes, tables and signatures. we are now using it across multiple work streams and are planning to expand its use even further.

Cons

we were worried about getting the whole team on board but the tutorials it provides made it super easy for everyone to get started.

Simple, effective & secure platform

Pros

the ease of use was immediately noticeable and our team adapted to it quickly. The speed at which new features are developed keeps adding value to the platform without disrupting our established processes. Document classification works flawlessly across our different client document types and the API reference documentation made integration easy for our IT team.

Cons

Powerful OCR and simple integration

Pros

API is simple, the OCR is incredibly powerful and accurate and there's a lot of customization available to fit our specific needs. the team is always improving the product and they are easy to get a hold of for any support inquiries. We use the tool every day and the integration was simple and easy to add to our stack.

Cons

the older OCR product had some accuracy issues but it's been updated and is now 10 times better!

Pros

Incredible support with smooth transition

Pros

best part about working with it was the support we got during implementation. Simon and Ojas were absolutely amazing...guiding us through all the tricky details and making the whole transition super smooth.

easy setup with flawless implementation

Pros

I really loved the it interface! It was so easy to get started and set up models that were perfectly customized to our documents. The new version of the portal has been such a great improvement, it's user-friendly with a clean design. I also appreciate how many new features they roll out every month making it even easier to use.

excellent support

Pros

implementation went really smoothly thanks to Archie and Simon. Their guidance was invaluable and having such knowledgeable support made sure we set everything up correctly from the start.

Cons

High accuracy and simple workflow

Pros

One of the things I really like about it is that once it's set up, we rarely need to keep an eye on it. the accuracy stays high and the platform does not disrupt our workflows. That reliability has made our planning a lot easier.

top notch solution

Pros

Natural workflows with easy integration

Pros

UI is clear and the workflows is so natural. We saw time-to-value almost immediately. Charlotte and Ojas were there to help with implementation and their support made the whole process much less stressful.

Cons

Setting up the integration was not exactly "out of the box" and took us about a day of development time but it worked out fine.

very friendly software

Pros

I was really impressed by how easy it was to get started. The product documentation was simple making each step clear. The API reference filled in any gaps and the accuracy has been consistently high so we feel confident letting the system run with minimal supervision.

automation made easy

Pros

it has done a fantastic job automating our document processing. It was really easy to set up and customize for our business needs. Now we don't have to manually review all our documents...they are automatically sent to our downstream systems. The setup documentation was super helpful and the support from the it team was exceptional.
