“Aligned management tools!!
Pros
For me, it's all about how everything just flows together, the way it organizes columns, the smart cycle functions, the templates and the lead histories. It all adds up to a system that makes managing our pipeline genuinely smooth and efficient
Cons
Sometimes I face issues when integrating it with our phone system but they're manageable.

“Unclear workflow and overlapping tasks
Pros
The leads section is the only part I find genuinely useful for my workflow.
Cons
It feels like the workflow is missing, multiple users end up overlapping on the same accounts which wastes time. Maybe we haven't been taught everything properly since the instructions and software both feel vague.

I love how automation takes over manual follow ups. It saves me time and lets me focus on talking to new clients.

Pros
After trying so many CRMs, I honestly think this tool stands out. It keeps my agency organized with leads, commissions, automation and retention, all at a great price.
Cons
Like any CRM, there's always room to grow. I like that it actually listens to feedback and keeps adding integrations and refinements.

Pros
What I appreciate most is how simple the interface feels. It's easy to use and the team listens to feedback seriously, even helping with issues beyond their scope.
Cons
I wish I could manually edit workflows. The long term retention automation also isn't fully developed yet which limits flexibility.

Pros
Since I started using it back in 2018, my agency has completely transformed. It gives clear visibility on goals, simplifies tracking and the support team is always helpful and responsive.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. At first, I hoped for AMS integration and I'm glad they're working on it, it'll make things even smoother.

For my team and me, it's become an everyday essential. The interface is clear and simple and the accountability boost has changed how we hit goals.
Cons
Everything works great for me. I'd just love a feature to track whether a sale is a "bundle," which matters for Allstate but isn't essential overall.
