Pros
Managing people and tasks doesn't feel like a burden anymore. I can keep track of important details like events and milestones while staying connected with my team. Everything is in one place and I save a lot of time that I can now use more productively. It's become such an important part of my workflow that I can't imagine running things without it.
Cons
What I really like is that whenever I have an issue, I can actually speak to a real person and my queries get answered properly instead of being ignored or delayed.

“Reliable tool for HR
Pros
The system has been reliable for me and I can easily track labor costs and revenue with consistency. The interface looks clean and modern and it fits smoothly into my daily routine. It saves me time when handling staffing and payroll and the support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever I've needed them.
Cons
Over the years, I've had very few complaints and whenever I needed improvements, they were usually handled through updates or support which makes the system feel dependable for me overall.

“easy payroll
Pros
Having access to a variety of reports has made payroll management much easier for me. I can process employee payments more accurately and keep everything organized without extra effort.
Cons
A simple report that isn't part of the default setup takes a long time for me to get developed and delivered. I had requested a specific holiday report months ago and it's still sitting with the development team which has been frustrating for my workflow.

“simple staff scheduling
Pros
Managing staff schedules and HR requests has been smooth on my end. I like how onboarding is handled and it's helpful that employees can view only their own roster without confusion.
Cons
From my side, I also miss the option where staff can submit availability requests and directly approve or manage shift swaps through the app since that would make scheduling much easier for me.

“Automated HR workflow system
Pros
Switching from Timepoint Cloud made a huge difference for me. Submitting documents is much easier now and I don't have to chase people for approvals anymore since everything is automated. The built-in chat keeps communication in one place, so I can disconnect from work when needed instead of using apps like WhatsApp. Payroll runs smoothly and I can adjust permissions when needed. What really stands out is the support team, real people who respond quickly and actually help.
Cons
Switching systems has also taken some adjustment for me. Like with any new platform, I needed time to get used to how things are done differently. One thing I would personally enjoy is the ability to customize the dashboard background, either by uploading my own image or choosing from a built-in gallery, just to make the workspace feel a bit more personal.
