“smooth, reliable but frequent password resets”
Pros
Our organization handles a lot of detailed background screenings and AmericanChecked has made the whole process smooth and reliable. In short they are incredibly thorough.
Cons
Since I don't log in very often, pretty much every time I do, I end up having to reset my password. I get that it is a security feature and I am sure it's helpful for teams using it weekly but for someone like me who only uses it a few times a year, I just keep my passwords written down so I don't forget!

“Clearly laid out and error-proof”
Pros
Everything is laid out clearly so it's really easy to find what we are looking for.
Cons
I have not run into any issues with the program. Even if I miss checking a required box, it reminds me before I finalize anything.

“Unclear report comments”
Pros
You only need to fill in a handful of fields to place an order. I means it cannot get much simpler than that, Right?
Cons
The wait time for reports after ordering can be a bit long. Also when reports include comments, they are not always clear like sometimes there is not enough detail to fully understand what's being communicated.
