Pros
Keeping track of performance metrics has never been simpler for me. I can see exactly how things are going without any extra hassle.
Cons
From my experience, tracking the exact applications is tricky unless I rely on the JazzHR integration.

“Bullhorn integration and expanded coverage
Pros
What I enjoy most is how well it integrates with Bullhorn. On top of that, our account manager has been fantastic with communication, the expanded state coverage is a big help and the reporting tools are really useful.
Cons
Lately, I've noticed a huge increase in spam applications which has caused us to burn through our budget much earlier in the month than expected.

Pros
The monthly data and reporting features have been very convenient for me. I can access everything I need quickly whenever I want.
Cons
Managing jobs and postings can get a little chaotic at times, though I appreciate that the account management team jumps in quickly to help resolve issues.

The interface is simple for me to move through and customer support responds promptly whenever I have a question or need assistance.

“Top-notch customer support
Pros
Their customer support has genuinely impressed me, it's top-notch. Being able to set bid prices for each individual job makes it much easier to decide where my budget goes.
Cons
I've found that the cost per application is higher than with comparable products which makes it feel pricier overall.

“easy job addition and quality metrics
Pros
Adding jobs into campaigns is feasible and I can easily check quality metrics which helps me make better decisions without wasting time.
Cons
One thing I'd love is the ability to delete campaigns rather than only pausing them, it would be a big improvement and I'd also like the default filter to show only active campaigns.

Honestly, the sales and support team were a great twelve out of ten in my experience, they were absolutely incredible to work with and I genuinely think the idea behind the tool is brilliant.
Cons
Although I can see how the concept is strong and might be effective for some teams, for us the tool failed to deliver the outcomes we were expecting, so it didn't meet our needs.

“Job-level bid pricing allows flexible budgets
Pros
What I appreciate is that it lets me set bid prices for candidates at the job level. That feature really helps because I can adjust spending on the fly and make flexible decisions about how to allocate my budget.
Cons
Interface wasn't completely convenient which caused us to overspend on a job posting during our first week using it. Thankfully the support team reacted quickly and worked with us to fix the problem and straighten things out.

I like the interface, it's easy to use and insightful, customer support was reliable, high job volumes handled well, pixel tracking setup easy
Cons
CPA is higher with this product compared to competitors, they won't disclose which job boards are driving applicants to our listings, not every application attributed to their tool performed well, our sales rep suggested increasing the number of jobs would improve results which made us feel pressured to spend more money to see better performance overall
